Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time. Please ensure the recipient's address and contact details are accurate to guarantee timely arrival.
How can I ensure my flowers stay fresh for longer?
To extend the life of your bouquet, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle upon arrival, place them in a clean vase with fresh water, and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is unavailable, our couriers will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot or with a neighbor. We will also contact the recipient or sender to notify them of the delivery status.
Can I customize a floral arrangement?

What is your return and refund policy?
As flowers are perishable goods, we offer replacements or refunds only if the product arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement.
